Forest Hills

East of White Rock Lake lies another Dallas community with architecturally charming homes constructed in the same vein as Lakewood and the M Streets…Forest Hills.

However, in this area many of the homes are built on relatively large lots, some as large as an acre. Many are two story homes which are also very spacious.

Little Forest Hills, just north of this area, began with the construction of lake and fishing cottages for residents in Highland Park, University Park, and Lakewood who wanted to enjoy summer living near White Rock Lake.
